The state Corporation "Government for Citizens" of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan has introduced a new service for sending SMS messages to homeowners about the registration of new persons and residents discharged from registration.
Now, when registering citizens through the PSC, the homeowner will receive a message on his phone with the data of the person he has registered. If the owner wants to discharge someone from his living space – the person who was discharged will also receive a message about it.
"The new service is designed to solve one of the existing problems. If someone tries to register a person on your living space through the PSC without your participation, you will immediately find out about it, thanks to an SMS notification. The service will help in the fight against intermediaries who offer to make a residence permit for money," explained Shyngys Ashirbekov, deputy director of the branch of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Kostanay region.
Since 2019, the state corporation "Government for Citizens" has been able to issue a residence permit for citizens. Previously, this service was provided by employees of the migration service located in PSC.
You can also register or discharge a person at the place of residence online through the eGov portal. The owner of the housing and the person being registered must have an electronic digital signature (EDS).
