The TOP-5 of the most demanded public services include the registration of electronic signatures, documentation of citizens, registration of vehicles and obtaining a driver's license, as well as registration of rights to real estate.
The branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Kostanay region said that in total 447,456 public services were provided through the PSCs of the region since the beginning of the year. In addition, in the self-service sectors, which are located in each department, another 314,443 services were received. These figures do not include certificates and documents that Kostanay residents receive on their own through the e-government portal.
Below is the rating of the most popular public services for seven months of 2021:
“Given the sanitary and epidemiological situation, we advise citizens to receive public services online on the eGov portal. We recommend that older people protect themselves as much as possible from viruses and receive government services without leaving their homes. For people with disabilities of the first and second categories, people over 65 years old, participants in the Great Patriotic War and disabled children, we have a service to call a PSC employee at home to receive public services. Previously, only citizens over 70 years old could use it. But in 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, changes were made, ”said Kanat Tulepuly, director of the branch of the Government for Citizens state corporation in Kostanay region.
Since the beginning of 2021, the employees of the Kostanay regional branch have already completed 1,777 trips, provided 1,958 services. The most popular ones are documenting citizens, as well as obtaining an electronic digital signature (EDS).
In order to call an employee of a state corporation at home, a citizen or his guardian must call the Unified Contact Center 1414 and leave a request for a service. After that, specialists of the state corporation will contact him, who will clarify the availability of the necessary documents and appoint a date and time for the provision of public services at home.
The service must be provided no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
