In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 14-5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Plant Protection", individuals and legal entities whose activities are related to objects of state phytosanitary control are obliged to conduct phytosanitary monitoring and phytosanitary measures and prevent the development and spread of harmful and especially dangerous harmful organisms with a number above the economic threshold of harmfulness.
In this regard, it is necessary to carry out phytosanitary measures for the non-proliferation of harmful, especially dangerous harmful organisms with a population higher than EPV in their own territories, in case of detection of EPV, chemical treatments should be carried out. At the same time, subsidies for the purchase of pesticides in the amount of up to 50% of their cost are provided.
