Every day, shipments of animals, products and raw materials of animal origin are transported through the territory of the Kostanay region and beyond its borders. In order to ensure the protection of the population from diseases common to animals and humans, as well as the food safety of products and raw materials of animal origin, it is important to carry out the transportation process in compliance with the norms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Animals, products and raw materials of animal origin must be moved through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan accompanied by a veterinary certificate in compliance with veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements for the regime and conditions of transportation of the object being moved (transported), provided that the name of the object being moved (transported), its weight (volume), total quantity, marking specified in veterinary documents correspond. Animals must be identified by assigning an individual number to animals by using products (means) for identification, branding with the inclusion of information about an agricultural animal in the database and issuing a veterinary passport.
