PSCs will accept more Kazakhstanis due to reduced service time

According to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the public service centers of Kazakhstan accept citizens only by prior reservation. The work schedule was also reduced, front offices provide government services from 9 am to 6 pm. In almost all regions of the country, public service centers have switched to a five-day period, on Saturday and Sunday they do not work. In connection with such measures, PSCs could receive a limited number of citizens per day. In order to reach a large population and increase the amount of available time for booking, the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" decided to reduce the service time in front offices from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. This move increased the number of slots available for booking by 25%, which allowed one employee to serve 4 customers in one hour. Under the old booking system, citizens had access to three time slots per hour, now there are four of them. “After the introduction of the new system, there are time delays with customers who booked a queue using the old time slots. We predicted this, and these issues are immediately resolved on the spot. It takes several days for this moment to stabilize, since the booking process is already underway on new time slots. Within a few days, the system will be normalized, PSCs will be able to accept more people and provide them with comfortable access to receiving government services, ”said Bayram Azizov, Managing Director of Public Relations of the Government for Citizens State Corporation. When visiting a public service center, we ask citizens to comply with sanitary and preventive standards, wear masks and observe social distance. The entrance to the building is carried out using the Ashyq application. You can book a queue at the public service center through the eGov portal, the Unified Contact Center 1414 and the telegram bot @ kenes1414bot.
