The working hours of the PSCs of the region are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00. As reported in the branch of the NJSC “GK“ Government for Citizens ”, the change in the schedule is due to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the Kostanay region No. 20 dated July 28, 2021.
In this regard, the public service centers of Kostanay region will not work on Saturdays. This should be taken into account by those citizens who have planned a visit to the Public Service Departments, especially those where they accept with the obligatory advance booking of the queue.
“Let me remind you that according to preliminary reservation, we have CSCs in Kostanay (departments 1, 2, 3 and Special CSC), Rudny and Tobyl. You can book a queue through a single contact center 1414, through the e-government portal egov.kz and the Telegram bot EgovBotKz2.0. At the same time, one more important reminder concerns the schedule of the Special PSC. Let me remind you that it is double. Acceptance of documents is carried out from 9.00 to 16.00, the issuance of ready-made documents - from 9.00 to 18.00. It is worth taking this into account when booking a queue, ”said Yaroslav Bogatyreva, PR manager of the branch of the NJSC“ GK “Government for Citizens” in the Kostanay region.
We add that now the public service centers of Kazakhstan can receive more clients due to the reduction of the service time from 20 minutes to 15 minutes. This move increased the number of slots available for booking by 25%, which allowed one employee to serve 4 customers in one hour, instead of 3 as before.
We remind citizens, when visiting public service centers, observe sanitary and preventive standards, wear masks and observe social distance. The entrance to the buildings is carried out using the Ashyq application.
