A subdivision of a single contact center 1414 appeared in Kostanay

Kostanay branch of SCC 1414 is already receiving calls. It is planned that the center will employ about 100 operators who will work in two shifts.

Operators from all regions of Kazakhstan are involved in the work of a single contact center, but the Government for Citizens state corporation decided to increase the number of the Center's representative offices. At the moment, they are open in Kostanay, Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan, Akmola regions and in Nur-Sultan.

“The SCC in Kostanay region has been officially working since July 1, and only our operators have received almost 60,000 calls during this time! On average, there are 120 calls per operator per day. At the same time, the number of calls to 1414 is growing daily. Now there are plans to increase their number to about 100, they will work in two shifts.
