To build a house or redevelop an apartment, you need an architectural planning task (APZ).
What you need to do:
1. Register on the e-licensing website elicense.kz using the EDS (RSA key).
2. Go to the "Construction" section, then select the "Permissions" tab.
3. Order the online service " Provision of raw materials for the development of construction and reconstruction projects (redevelopment, re-equipment)".
4. Select the desired sub-type of activity (reconstruction, redevelopment, re-equipment of existing buildings, design of technically simple complex objects).
For technically simple objects, APZ and technical conditions (TU) are sufficient. For complex ones, in addition to APZ and TU, you will also need a copy of the detailed layout project, data on vertical planning marks, transverse profiles of roads and streets, and a diagram of the routes of external engineering networks.
5. Get acquainted with the package of documents, order an online us luga.
6. Select the licensor's region (city, department name).
7. Fill in the registration data marked with an asterisk, save.
8. Select the address: RK-region-city-redevelopment construction area. In the next line, specify the Full name, as in the identity card.
9. Write down the name of the object in strict accordance with the intended purpose specified in the state act: "Construction of an individual residential building". If necessary, mark the demolition of an existing building.
When filling out the electronic form, the cadastral number must be written with a colon (instead of a hyphen specified in the state act).
10. Select" -", upload the file and click "Save".
All documents are archived mainly in PDF format. Total weight-no more than 30 megabytes.
Before submitting the mod, download the application and check the data. The status of the service is tracked in your personal account, in the "My applications" section. The permission will be available in "My Permission documents". The deadline for reviewing documents is 6-17 days.
Documents for new construction:
- application form;
- an electronic copy of the title document (contract of sale, etc.). It is advisable to hand over a copy of the state act with it, since often the cadastral numbers of the plots are not indicated in the first ones;
- an electronic copy of the questionnaire for technical conditions for connection to engineering networks.
Documents for redevelopment:
- application;
- an electronic copy of the written consent of at least 2 / z owners of the house, if the changes affect the common property.
APZ is not required for the construction of objects of seasonal, temporary purpose or household buildings: Eremyanok, garages, sheds.
Technical conditions are not necessary for redevelopment, reconstruction or re-equipment of housing.
After receiving the APZ, you can proceed to the development of a draft project.
