“We decided to accept clients in our branches, as we understand our responsibility and capabilities to provide this kind of services. We promptly reoriented the working conditions of the operators and conducted training, which allowed us to quickly resolve the situation. In order to receive services, clients need to contact the PSC at the location of the land plot. As soon as the process of modification of the AIS GZK service is completed, the land registry services will again be available through eGov.kz.
