The provision of public services for the taxpayer in an appearance procedure takes a significant amount of time to arrive at the state body with documents on paper, it takes time to queue, to fill out documents, etc. However, the provision of public services in electronic form eliminates all these problems. Now many services are converted to electronic form, so that you can get them quickly, easily and efficiently. Today, the Internet industry is developing rapidly, which is facilitated by both the growth in the number of Internet users and the increased demand for online services. The transition to the provision of tax services in electronic form will reduce corruption risks, reduce the time and financial costs of the state and citizens. The provision of public services in electronic form significantly reduces the time of procedures, differs in the efficiency of their execution, and is accessible to everyone. You can make a request for services without leaving your own apartment and without taking time off from work. To receive a state service in electronic form, a taxpayer must have an electronic digital signature. To do this, it is sufficient to submit a tax application for registration of an electronic taxpayer to the tax authority at the place of location or residence on paper in an appearance or in electronic form, or by means of an electronic digital signature obtained in the NAO "Government for Citizens".
The main advantages of using the portal of public services

What do I need to do to become an electronic taxpayer?
The registration procedure is simple. To do this, the taxpayer must submit a tax application for registration of an electronic taxpayer to the state revenue authority at the taxpayer's location or residence in an electronic form.
You can get the service in electronic form both by an electronic digital signature obtained from the state revenue authority, and by an EDS of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtained on the portal of "Electronic Government".
To get the NCA EDS, you need to fill out an online application and visit the nearest PSC (to confirm the fact of submitting the application).
The PSC will not only issue an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) for free, but also help you get the first skills of using the portal.
Then, already on your home computer, anyone can get services in a matter of minutes, which previously cost him a few hours of waiting and cost a lot of nerves.
