To register as an individual entrepreneur, you only need to notify the state revenue authority.
From the moment of submitting the application, the individual automatically acquires a new status.
To register as an individual entrepreneur, an individual submits to the state revenue authority a notification of the beginning of activity as an individual entrepreneur.
An individual has the right to start an entrepreneurial activity from the moment of sending a notification about the beginning of activity as an individual entrepreneur.
That is, it is from the date of submission of the notification that the individual will be registered as an individual entrepreneur.
There are two ways to send a notification about starting an activity as an individual entrepreneur: through the e-license portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or in the old – fashioned way-to come and personally bring a written notification to the service centers.
