The home visit service can be used by people with disabilities of the first and second categories, elderly people over the age of 65, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and disabled children. That is, those citizens who cannot come to the PSC on their own.
“Previously, the service could be received by citizens over 70 years old. But in 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, changes were made. Since people over 65 are at risk. - emphasized the deputy director of the branch of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" Shygys Ushirbekov. “Therefore, we recommend that those categories of persons who can receive public services at home, take advantage of this opportunity and not risk their health. Since the beginning of the year, employees of the Kostanay regional branch have already made 1228 visits, provided 1267 services. The most popular services are, of course, documenting citizens, as well as issuing an electronic digital signature (EDS). "
In order to call an employee of the state corporation at home, a citizen or his guardian must call the Unified Contact Center 1414 and leave a request for a service. After that, specialists of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" will contact him, clarify the completeness of the documents and set the date and time for the provision of public services at home.
The service must be provided no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
