Residents of Kostanay region have 4 ways to book a queue at the public service center. They were told about them in the regional branch of NJSC State Corporation “Government for Citizens”. At the moment, six PSCs of the region are working on advance booking.
On April 12, Kostanay region returned to the “yellow” zone. In this regard, the regional branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" reminds of the sanitary and epidemiological measures taken at the public service centers.
For the safety of citizens in all public service centers of the Kostanay region, the mask regime and social distance are strictly observed. In addition, in six public service centers, the reception of citizens is carried out only on condition of the mandatory booking of a queue. These are four PSCs in Kostanay (1,2, 3 departments, as well as Special PSC) and Departments in the cities of Rudny and Tobyl.
“There are 4 ways to book a queue,” said Yaroslav Bogatyreva, PR manager of the branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” NJSC in the Kostanay region. The first one is through the e-government portal egov.kz (in the section "Online booking of the queue at the PSC" you need to fill in your personal data, select the address of the PSC and the service, indicating the date and time of the visit. in the voice menu "Queue reservation". and book through the operator
Two more booking methods are available on mobile phones.
This is the eGovKzBot2.0 bot in the Telegram messenger. In the main menu, you need to select the service "Booking queue at the PSC", enter the IIN, select the settlement where the PSC is located, select the PSC itself, indicating the desired service, the date and time of the visit.
Reservations are also available through the egov mobile app. To do this, you need to download the application, log in and fill in your personal data in the "Online booking queue at the PSC" section, select the PSC, service, date and time of visit.
Advice: you need to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than the booked time.
