Questions of employment, admission to educational institutions, social security and clarification of legislation - On March 19, the head of the Anti-Corruption Department Kuanysh Bekbasov held an online reception of citizens with residents of the Uzynkol district.
As part of the reception, 4 people applied to the management of the anti-corruption service. A special area for online video conferences is organized on the site of the front office of "Uzinkol-komek alany", through which every citizen of the district can get advice remotely.
In addition to social issues, some citizens came for advice. For example, this year, for the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the republic, an amnesty for convicted persons is planned, as part of the reception of citizens, one of the residents of the Uzynkol district asked about the issue of amnesty for persons who have committed corruption crimes.
As Bekbasov explained, citizens can get an answer to this question in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amnesty in connection with the thirtieth anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to him, "The law clearly defines the persons against whom amnesty is not applied, as for the specific issue of citizens, according to paragraph 7. Article 5. this Law does not apply to persons who have committed serious and especially serious corruption crimes."
In conclusion, the head of the department noted, " Such receptions of citizens allow us to dive more deeply into the problems of our citizens who need protection and assistance from state bodies. Creating the opportunity to apply to any government agency from the regional front offices of "Komek Alany" will save both time and finances of every citizen."
In the future, it is planned to organize similar receptions of citizens in other regions, so that every citizen has the opportunity to voice their question and get the necessary advice without going to the regional or district center.
