Six public service centers of Kostanay region accept visitors only on condition of mandatory booking of a queue. This measure was taken to prevent a mass gathering of people and the spread of viral diseases.
Kazakhstan entered the "red" zone in terms of the spread of the coronavirus. The number of regions falling into the same zone is increasing. Now there are five of them. These are Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Atyrau region, WKO, and today the Aktobe region is on the list.
Given this, quarantine measures are being tightened in the above-mentioned regions. They also apply to Public Service Centers, which will now work only by prior reservation of the queue.
“PSCs of Kostanay region resumed their work in May 2020. Since that time, the Departments of Kostanay began to work according to the preliminary reservation of the queue, in the summer the public service centers of Rudny and Tobyl were added to them. I would like to emphasize that the pre-registration requirements in the six departments remain mandatory throughout this time. Also, since May 2020, the mask regime has been strictly observed in all Departments of the region, and buildings are regularly disinfected. We have not introduced any indulgences for PSCs for the specified period. Since, and this is important to understand, PSCs are crowded places, and the measures I have named were taken for the safety of service recipients. Therefore, I would like to once again draw the attention of the residents of the region: Public service centers are open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 in compliance with strict quarantine measures. Reservation of the queue is mandatory for visiting the 1, 2, 3 Departments for servicing the population of Kostanay, Special Service Center, Public Service Centers of Rudny and Tobyl, "said the director of the branch of the State Corporation" Government for Citizens "NJSC in Kostanay region Kanat Tulepuly.
There are several ways to book a queue at the PSC. Through the call center 1414, on the eGov portal egov.kz, through the eGovmobile application and the EgovKzbot2.0 telegram bot (@ kenes1414bot). It is better to come to the PSC 15 minutes before the appointed time.
