In order to modernize the social service system, improve the quality and accessibility of services, a Portal of social services for persons with disabilities has been introduced throughout the country since 2020, to provide the opportunity to independently purchase technical rehabilitation equipment (TSR) in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program (IPR). To do this, persons with disabilities must have an electronic digital signature (EDS). The introduction of the Portal will eliminate the factor of non-transparency in accounting for the need for rehabilitation services. And, most importantly, it will solve the problems of non-compliance of services and rehabilitation facilities with the individual needs of their recipients, since persons with disabilities will be able to independently choose the necessary type of goods and services.
