How to recover educational documents, such as a school certificate, or a diploma from any other educational institution

So, there are two ways to recover:

The first one is through the Egov.kz portal.

1. Log in to the portal and through the search for services find "Issuance of duplicate education documents", order the service online;
2. The first step to fill in information about yourself and the document for recovery;
3. Select an educational institution by clicking on the "add" button;
4. The second step is to sign the application using EDS;
5. See the result of the service in your personal account.

To order this service online, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database.

Delivery time - 15 working days.

The second way of submitting documents is through the PSC.

To get started, book an online queue at the PSC and come 20 minutes before the appointed time to confirm your reservation and submit an application from the operator;

1. Required documents for applying:

Birth certificate or identity card;

If the applicant is a minor, then the documents of the parents or legal representative.

 

Do not forget!

Before visiting the PSC, you must know in advance the correct name of the educational institution, if renamed, then the new name, address and postal code.

In case of closure of an educational institution, documents will be requested from the local archive, which may affect the term of the service.

 

The cost of the service is free.

The time for rendering the service, excluding the day of submission of documents, is 30 working days.
