The first one is through the Egov.kz portal:
Log in to the portal and go to the tabs "Home", "Business", "Registration and business development", "Registration and liquidation of a business";
Then you need to select the service "State registration of termination of a legal entity, deregistration of a branch and a representative office" and order the service online;
Next, fill out the application, attach scanned copies of documents and pay the state fee, sign the application using EDS.

Scan in advance the necessary documents for attachment to the portal.
To implement this service, you need to enter the portal using the EDS of the first head.
Through the PSC:
To get started, book an online queue at the PSC and come 20 minutes before the appointed time to confirm your reservation;
At the PSC operator, submit an application for state registration of the liquidation of a legal entity;
Required documents: (through the PSC and through the portal)
Decision of the owner or the meeting of founders, sealed;
A copy of the newspaper with the published announcement of the liquidation of the LLP;
Certificate from the organization that destroyed the seal of the LLP;
Certificate or letter from the National Bank on the absence of registered issues of shares or bonds (for JSC);
Application and regulation on the branch (representative office), in case of deregistration of the branch and representative office;
Receipt for payment of registration fee.

For large business entities - 18382 tenge.
Free for medium and small businesses.
The time for rendering the service is 5 working days.
Attention
This service is the final stage when the LLP is closed.
An accelerated procedure is available to a company that is not registered for VAT at the same time, does not conduct certain types of activities, does not apply a special regime for agricultural producers, has not been previously reorganized, and is not included in the tax audit plan. Such LLPs can do without a liquidation audit, limiting themselves only to passing desk control by the State Revenue Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
