Previously, it was possible to register a car only in the Special PSC or on the e-government portal egov.kz. Now the public service is available online in the kaspi.kz application.
In the application, the car can be reissued in the section "State services", where there are separate tabs for the seller, the buyer. EDS is not required to use the service. The documents are signed with a special Kaspi electronic signature.
“Now, when the seller removes the car from the register in the application, the service automatically checks the vehicle for encumbrances, fines and tax arrears. If there are unpaid taxes and fines, the seller can pay them immediately in the app. The buyer transfers money for the purchase, pays duties, puts the car on record and chooses the state number plate online, ”the Kostanay region branch of the State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”NJSC explained.
It turns out that, using the new service, the buyer and seller of vehicles can go through the procedure on their own, without contacting government agencies. After completing the online transaction, you can order the delivery of documents and the state number plate to your home on the "Electronic Government" portal or pick them up yourself at the Special Center.
It is expected that soon similar services should appear in other banks.
