If you want to open an account online, then you need to go through the third step, attaching the documents required by the portal;
The next step is to conclude an insurance contract;
At the end of this entire procedure, sign the application with an EDS.

If you are planning to open a bank account and conclude an insurance contract on your own, then do not tick the box at the end of page 1 of step.
If the founder of the organization is a third party, then when specifying the IIN, an application will be sent to his personal account where it is necessary to give consent within 1 hour.

In the event of a change in the name of the LLP, the composition of the founders and in the event of a decrease in the amount of the authorized capital, it is necessary to re-register the documents through the PSC. To do this, you will need the following documents:

Charter;
Published publication in the print media about the change in the authorized capital for a period of not more than 1 month. (in case of a decrease in the amount of the authorized capital);
Original agreement (in case of change of founders);

For small businesses - 5656 tenge;
For medium and large businesses - 18382 tenge.
