Registration through the PSC:
To get started, we recommend that you book an online queue at the PSC (where necessary) and arrive 20 minutes before the appointed time to confirm your reservation.
To assign a benefit, you must submit an application with the PSC operator with the following documents:
Identification;
Document confirming the status of a mother with many children;
A document with the bank account number to which benefits will be transferred.
By SMS:
If you are registered in the database of mobile citizens, after receiving the "Altyn alka" or "Kumis alka" pendants, an SMS message will be sent to submit an application in a proactive format.
After responding positively to the SMS message and specifying the bank account number, you do not have to come to the PSC.
SMS message comes only if you are registered in the mobile citizens database.
The amount of the allowance for all categories is 6.4 MCI.
The time for rendering the service, excluding the day of delivery of the documents, is 7 working days.
Attention
The allowance is paid from the day you apply for the service. If the documents are submitted later than the status is obtained, the payment is not recalculated.
The statuses of mothers with many children "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" are assigned by the local akimat.
