In connection with the tightening of quarantine measures, in some regions it is now necessary to book a queue in advance at public service centers. For now, this requirement applies to the cities of Nur-Sultan, Atyrau, Kostanay, Rudny, Tobol, Taldykorgan, Karaganda, Zhezkazgan, Temirtau, Balkhash, Satpayev, Shakhtinsk, Shymkent, Taraz, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey and Yeskeldinsky, Koksu regions of Almaty region. But by decision of sanitary doctors, this list can be supplemented.
The queue can be easily and quickly booked online. How to do it through the Egov.kz portal:
- Enter and log in to the egov.kz portal
- Follow the link "Online booking queue at the public service center" on the main page
- Next, a page opens where you need to fill in the IIN and indicate the required area
- Choose PSC and service
- Specify a convenient time and date.
If the booking was successful, a corresponding notification will be sent to your phone!
Note: Come to the public service center 10-15 minutes earlier, put on a mask and keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters.
