Kostanay residents were told how to register a car safely and quickly

Safe and fast. Motorists of Kostanay region are advised to re-register transport online. But, nevertheless, it should be admitted that Kostanay residents have become much more likely to receive services on their own. Perhaps the pandemic made the adjustments. Taking into account the fact that today the epidemiological situation is still tense, we recommend that citizens use alternative (digital) methods of obtaining public services. This also applies to the design of the car. Today it can be done on the egov.kz e-government portal, ”says Yaroslav Bogatyreva, PR manager of the branch of the NJSC“ GK “Government for Citizens” in Kostanay region.

 

In order to register a service on the e-government portal, the seller and the buyer need to follow a simple algorithm of actions.

 

For the seller:

1. Log in to the portal and click on the "Order online service" button.
2. Select the vehicle to be sold and fill out the request. In the request, indicate the IIN of the buyer of the vehicle.
3. Sign the request with an EDS (electronic digital signature).
4. Get confirmation from the buyer.
5. In your personal account (in the section "History of receiving services"), read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
6. In case of a positive result of processing the request, contact the specialized department of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" NJSC. You must have with you the originals of the state registration plates, the vehicle registration certificate, the vehicle deregistration certificate.

To the buyer (confirming the request for vehicle re-registration):

1. Log in to the portal and go to your personal account (in the section "History of receiving services").
2. Review the pending request.
3. Fill in the request, select a specialized department of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” NJSC to obtain state registration plates and a vehicle registration certificate.

4.Pay:

• State fee for issuing state registration plates;
• State fee for the production of a vehicle registration certificate;
• Registration fee.

Important! Payment must be made at the location of the nearest special PSC

5. Sign the request with an EDS (electronic digital signature).

6.In your personal account (in the section "History of receiving services"), read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.

7. In case of a positive result of processing the request, contact the specialized department of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” NJSC. You must have documents confirming the payment of state duties and fees, a vehicle registration certificate, a document of the electronic form of the transaction.

On the portal, the service is available only to individuals.
