By order of the Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan of September 14, 2020 n 862 "About entering of additions into the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 23, 2019 No. 384 "On approval of list of goods for which electronic invoices are issued by the module "Virtual warehouse" information system of electronic invoices"" expanded use of the module a "Virtual warehouse".
This Order is based on the application of the current mechanism for working with a Virtual Warehouse by issuing electronic invoices and is designed to ensure state monitoring of turnover, pricing of medicines in order to protect socially vulnerable segments of the population, as well as to implement a Roadmap to strengthen control over the extraction of gold/gold-bearing ore and reduce its shadow turnover.
The list of goods of the "Virtual Warehouse" module includes 39 HS codes for medicines and 12 HS codes for gold-containing goods.
The obligation to issue an E-invoice in the "Virtual Warehouse" module for the above-mentioned product groups begins on October 1, 2020.
The order is put into effect after 10 calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
On September 17, 2020, the Order was officially published in electronic form in the Reference Control Bank of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
On September 28, 2020, the order will come into force.
The e-mail account statement via the "Virtual Warehouse" module is provided free of charge on the E-mail Account management portal.
Technical functionality for issuing ESF through the module "Virtual Warehouse", User's Guide, which provides step-by-step steps when working with ESF IS, as well as technical documents are available on the website of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the section "ESF IS".
