How foreign guests can obtain a work permit in Kazakhstan and what documents are required to register the service

So, to obtain permission, you will need the following documents:

 

If you have the initial registration of the service, then:

1. Application and questionnaire from the receiving party for issuing a permit to a labor migrant
2. Receipt for payment of the advance payment on the IIT
3. Proof of identity
4. The original document on the passage of fingerprinting and photographing
5. Medical insurance
6. Medical certificate in the form 086

 

If you previously received permission, then there is no need to submit a document on fingerprinting and a medical certificate. Instead, we hand over an employment contract with the employer.

 

Payment cost:

For 1 month - 2 MCI (5 556 tenge)

For 2 months - 4 MCI (11 112 tenge)

For 3 months - 6 MCI (16 668 tenge)

 

The time for rendering the service without taking into account the day of delivery of the documents is 1 business day.

 

Do not forget!

The meeting party must notify the migration police about the arrival of a foreigner in the country within 3 days. The PSC does not accept documents without official notification.

A foreigner needs to come to the PSC with a welcoming party.

To make payments, a foreigner needs to have an IIN. In the absence of an IIN, it must be obtained in advance.

 

A permit for a labor migrant through the PSC is issued only to citizens of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. After notification of arrival, citizens of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan must submit documents for a permit within 30, and citizens of Tajikistan - within 60 calendar days.
