First of all, you need to book a queue at any public service center in your city.

It is better to come to the PSC 20 minutes before the appointed time and confirm the reservation at the reception;

Apply for the service from the operator and submit the following documents:

1. Minutes of the meeting of the owners of apartments and non-residential premises of your house;
2. The OSI charter or a statement on the implementation of its activities on the basis of the model charter;
3. A receipt for payment of the cost of the service.

Attention, to register the association of property owners in the public service center, it is enough to apply only to the chairman of the registered OSI.

The cost of the service is 1 MCI (2 778 tenge).

The time for rendering the service without taking into account the day of delivery of the documents is 10 working days.
