How to find out the number of people registered in the apartment

So, if you are the owner of property and want to see the number of registered citizens, you can do this in two ways:

Through the Egov.kz portal:

1. Log in to the Egov.kz portal by entering your IIN and password or using an EDS;
2. Go to the "Personal Account";
3. In the "Property" section, select "Show / hide the list of registered persons";

Via Telegram, the EgovKzBot2.0 bot:

1. In the search box, type EgovKzBot2.0;
2. Then press start and go to "Services";
3. In the "Real estate" section, select the service "How many people are registered in my apartment";
4. If you own several apartments - select the desired address from the list that appears. You will receive a message on your mobile with a verification code, which you will need to enter. The result will be ready in a few minutes.

Attention, to receive the service, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database.
