Today, the Chairman of the Board of the state Corporation "Government for citizens" Asemgul Baltasheva provided public services to citizens at the public service center No. 1 in the capital's kesilsky district. In addition to the traditional service, she solemnly congratulated the new parents on the birth of their long-awaited twins, the teacher, with 38 years of work experience, with a well-deserved rest, and the 16-year-old twins on receiving their first identity card. In particular, now PSC employees congratulate citizens on the most significant events in life, such as the birth of a child, obtaining the first identity document, the first driver's license, retirement, etc.
According to Asemgul Baltasheva, in this way the state Corporation expresses its readiness to go beyond the simple provision of public services and give a little warmth and kindness, which is not enough in our society today. "The world is changing, and we must change with it. Participate, encourage, and rejoice with the citizens. Marketers will call it customer focus, and we call it a human approach, " says Baltasheva.
