Only in four districts of the region, employees of the State Corporation are ready to produce a state certificate for land in 4 working days-Denisovsky, Kamystinsky, Karabalyksky, named after B. Maylin. Other regions do not take into account the amendments to the Land code that came into force on July 11, 2020.
At the same time, public activists decided to check how the procedure for providing public services " Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership that do not require bidding (contests, auctions)" and by phone calls they sought advice from employees of the regional land relations departments.
As specified by public figures, some regions of the region do not comply with the norms of the Land code, in which the right to land plots is granted within 15 working days.
Only in the city of Kostanay and in the Kostanay district of the region, employees of land departments are ready to provide land plots in accordance with the norms of the Land code.
But the departments of Auliekolsky, Denisovsky, karabalyksky, B. mailin district, Lisakovsk cities, Ore management with the terms indicated by the standard of public service, i.e.-30 working days.
Employees of the Department of the remaining regions announced deadlines that do not meet the above standards.
Thus, the practice of providing public services in the region is double, which affects the trust of citizens, and counteracts the concept of a "service state".
