According to the Register, the application is accepted and the result of the state service "Queuing for a land plot" is issued by the service provider, as well as through the e-government web portal.
This service is not available on the e-government portal and is not automated.
This was stated during a round table where they discussed improving the quality of public services in the fields of agriculture, land relations, architecture and urban development of Kostanay region.
It should be noted that under the current Land code, each citizen is entitled to 10 acres of land free of charge. In Kostanay region, more than 33 thousand citizens are on the waiting list, the lists of which are posted on the websites of akimats of cities and districts in excel format.
At the same time, the region has a high number of complaints that the queue is not moving.
In turn, automating the queue will eliminate such resentment, as it will allow you to track and control it.
As it turned out, the lack of automation of the queue is not the only drawback. Contrary to the norms of the Land code, which provides for submitting an application in the name of the akim where the land plot is located, the portal restricts the choice of mayors of rural districts.
At the same time, in applications in which citizens ask to put them on the queue, the date and time of their appeal is not indicated.
Such cases are typical for the office of akims of Kostanay city, as well as in a number of rural districts of Kostanay region. A high number of applicants for land plots is observed in these regions.
In this connection, the absence of a mark on the time of application submission raises doubts about the fairness of forming a queue for all its participants.
