On 26.10.2020, the probation service of the Uzunkolsky district registered A., who was sentenced to restriction of freedom, at the time of the trial, this citizen did not have an official job, and therefore the court involved him in forced labor in places defined by local Executive bodies for 100 hours annually, for the entire period of serving the sentence. At the time of registration, probation officers conducted a conversation to avoid repeated violations, as well as for educational purposes. During the conversation, the main problem was identified – lack of work. To solve this problem, an individual program was created to assist in employment and sent to the employment Center, as well as without violating the law, the convicted A. was sent to the Akimat of the Uzunkol rural district in order to transgress to work out public labor. After the trained person transgressed to fulfill the duties assigned to him by the court, he realized that he could work the same way, but for money. In our time, it is difficult for a person with a criminal record or registered to get a job because employers are afraid to hire people with a criminal record in order to avoid any problems. But we employees of the probation service explain to the employer that these convicts are under our special control. At the moment the condemned A. works in the carpentry shop FE "Uspenie" on probation as a handyman.
