Hotline 114 is a free call center and chat site that advises you on all questions about religion, as well as offers psychological and legal assistance if you are affected by the actions of destructive religious movements. The project is implemented by the public Fund " Social Development Center "under the state grant of the NAO" center for support of civil initiatives " with the support of the Ministry of information and public development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Specialists receive requests in two languages: Kazakh and Russian over the phone and online. All operators of "hot line" religious scholars are qualified and able to accurately answer all questions on the topic of religion. If the issue requires a specialist, the operator will determine the nature of your problem and connect you with a theologian, psychologist or lawyer. All consultations are free and confidential.
