Corruption in Kazakhstan is a significant problem for the country's economic and political development. The fight against corruption in our country is one of the priority areas of state policy.
As a result of the execution of the order of the Head of state, the fight against crime in the country has turned into a large-scale struggle. All the people and law enforcement agencies took part in its execution. Due to this, many officials who held high positions at the national level are brought to the law.
This very fact is proof that both the "big boss" and the common man are equal before the law. It is no secret that the corruption of the state apparatus has a negative impact on the socio-economic indicators of the country. We will not be mistaken if we say that corruption has spread its roots widely not only because of incomplete legislation, but also because of the influence of the still weak consciousness of humanity. It is clear that while there is an opinion that the suppression of corruption is the direct responsibility of the state and its law enforcement agencies, it will also be difficult to achieve any result if every citizen of the state does not contribute to the fight against it to the extent possible.
Of course, corruption is deeply rooted in all States. Therefore, the fight against it must be conducted uncompromisingly, non-stop and as tough as possible. In this regard, the law provides for liability for corruption offenses and crimes.
