The head of state in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Constructive public dialogue – the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan" noted that the concept of "Listening state" should be aimed at prompt and effective response to the appeals of all citizens, as much as possible to take into account the opinion of the population in all areas of activity.
At the same time, the President drew attention to the fact that problems in the activities of the state apparatus are largely due to the lack of established interaction between citizens and civil servants on the ground.
In this regard, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs (hereinafter - the Agency) has launched a unique project "Tyndau" (hereinafter - the Project), in which every citizen can become a participant in improving public services and contribute to the creation of an accessible digital state.
To participate in it, you need to get an electronic service and evaluate each step of this process, recording everything in the online questionnaire at the link: tyndau.kz.
In turn, the main goal of the Agency for this project is to identify bottlenecks, get structured feedback, on the basis of which analysis will be carried out and specific proposals will be developed to state bodies to eliminate unnecessary steps and facilitate the processes of obtaining public services by the population.
In the future, as the relevant materials on electronic services are accumulated, citizens ' proposals will be worked out together with the interested bodies and service recipients will be notified.
