In accordance with subparagraph 14) of article 12, paragraph 2 of article 101, paragraph 7 of article 103, paragraph 8 of article 104 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Central election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Appoint regular elections of deputies of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan for January 10, 2021.
2. Set the deadline for the nomination of party lists of candidates for deputies of maslikhats to eighteen hours local time on December 4, 2020.
3. Set the deadline for registration of party lists of candidates for deputies of maslikhats to eighteen hours local time on December 10, 2020.
4. Regional, cities of Republican significance and the capital of the Republic election commissions to ensure the preparation and conduct of elections of deputies of maslikhats of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Post this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
