In accordance with subparagraph 1) of article 12 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28 September 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 21, 2020 № 439 "On calling regular election of deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Central election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. To approve the attached Calendar plan of major measures on preparation and holding of regular elections of deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan elected by party lists is scheduled for January 10, 2021.
2. Akims of regions, cities of Republican significance and the capital, cities and districts together with the Chief state sanitary doctors of regions, cities of Republican significance and the capital, cities and districts should provide measures to ensure sanitary safety of the electoral process during the elections of deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, taking into account the epidemiological situation in the regions.
3. Regional, cities of Republican significance and the capital of the Republic election commissions to ensure the preparation and conduct of elections.
4. Publish this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
