Assignment of social benefits in case of job loss

How and in what ways can you get a job loss benefit?

 

Through the Egov.kz portal:

1. Log in to the Egov.kz portal;
2. Search through the search engine for the service "Assignment of social benefits in case of job loss" and request the service online;
3. Confirm the address data and the status of the unemployed by obtaining the appropriate certificate;
4. Sign the application using EDS.

Through the PSC:

1. First, book an online queue at the public service center, turn up 20 minutes before the appointed time;
2. To apply for the allowance, take with you an identity card, a certificate from the employment center about registration as an unemployed person, a document on the bank account number to which payments will be transferred.

 

Through the Employment Center:

We leave an application for benefits in case of loss of work with the same documents that we hand over to the PSC.

 

Attention, the applicant must be registered as unemployed and must have official income before losing his job.

 

The term of the service is up to 8 working days.

Benefits are assigned from 1 to 6 months and are terminated in case of receipt of funds in the social insurance system.

The amount of the benefit depends on the previously received wages and the length of service in the social insurance system.
