Issuance of repeated certificates and certificates of civil registration office

2. Find through a search engine the service "Issuance of repeated certificates or certificates of registration of acts of civil status";
3. On the service page you will find a list of documents that are available for online recovery, select the required public service;
4. Request a service online;
5. Complete the requested portal information in full.

The following services are available in electronic format:

1. Submission of an application for a re-marriage certificate;
2. Submission of an application for a repeated divorce certificate;
3. Submitting an application for a re-birth certificate;
4. Submission of an application for a repeated certificate of change of name, surname, patronymic;
5. Submission of an application for a repeated certificate of establishment of paternity;
6. Submitting an application for a renewed certificate of adoption.
