How to properly issue an ID and passport

To get started, book an online queue at the PSC, turn up 20 minutes before the appointed time.

1. Confirm your reservation at the reception;
2. Wait until the number of your electronic queue lights up on the board;
3. Go to the documentation area, where the migration police will accept your application.

 

Ready documents can be picked up from the same PSC.

 

An identity card for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan is issued from the age of 16 for a period of 10 years;

A passport is issued at the request of a citizen to confirm his identity abroad for a period of 10 years.

For the first identity document upon reaching the age of 16, it is necessary to apply to the PSC together with the parents.

Passport - 8 MCI
