According to the first Deputy head of the regional anti-Corruption service Daniyar Smagulov, last year the first polylogue tournament was held not only in our region, but also throughout the country on the initiative of Antikor and The Department for youth policy. It has become a landmark and has collected a number of positive reviews from both the student community and the public in the face of journalists and bloggers.
"Contests of this format are successfully held in America and Europe. We are happy that such a tournament the regional level this year acquired the status of an annual event" - says the head of public Fund "Sanaly urpaq 2050" and also the chief organizer of the tournament Serik Manasbaev - "this year's innovation tournament was the separation of participants into the League with the Russian and Kazakh speech. Although many are experienced debaters, everyone is worried. Topics from social to economic are prepared for speakers. The main task is to tell about it concisely and correctly. Each participant is given only 5 minutes to perform.
At the end of the tournament, Ruslana Kaparova won gold in the individual competition, Vadim Kirsanov won silver, and Nikita Bernovsky won bronze.
