ESP payers automatically become participants in the mandatory health insurance, social insurance, and pension systems. Contributions amount to 2,778 tenge in cities of regional significance and 1,389 tenge for rural residents. Payment is made via Kazpost or banks.

From 2020, medical services will be available for uninsured citizens in the framework of guaranteed free medical care in emergency and urgent cases. This will include: primary health care, screening, monitoring of chronic patients, treatment of socially significant diseases, treatment of infectious diseases that pose a danger to others.

The OSMS package will include medical care that improves the quality of life of patients and creates the basis for the health of the future generation, so the list of free medical services for insured citizens will be expanded from 2020.

In this regard, in order to prevent the problem of obtaining medical care in 2020 for working citizens due to late payment of deductions by employers, it is necessary to monitor the monthly transfer of contributions to the OSMS on the ground.
