The state revenue Department for Uzunkolsky district informs about the need to use devices that determine the elements of protection of accounting and control marks (hereinafter – devices).
In accordance with subparagraph 6) of paragraph 3 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" (further – the Law) prohibit storage and sale of alcoholic beverages without existence of the devices, defining security features of accounting and control stamps and (or) reads information from the accounting and control stamps for alcoholic products subject to labeling accounting and control stamps (hereafter CSL).
According to subparagraph 7-1) of article 1 of the Law, devices for identification of accounting and control marks are devices using software that determine the identification of accounting and control marks of alcoholic beverages and transmit identification data to the authorized body and its territorial divisions in real time, with access to information resources of the authorized body.
However, please note that the Law does not provide for the establishment of a list of devices approved for use. Subjects engaged in wholesale and retail sales of alcoholic beverages have the right to independently choose the types of devices offered by the market, provided that these devices allow you to determine the security elements of the UKM and (or) read information from the UKM and transmit identification data to the authorized body and its territorial divisions in real time.
National information technologies JSC has developed an API service for verifying the authenticity of accounting and control marks.
Currently, 10 companies have access to this API service ("Vaping" LLP, "SMT Union" LLP,too "Esepshi Development",
Center for sustainable development of the capital LLP, the Boss media group LLP» Digital Trade System LLP, TransTeleCom JSC Infosoftprom LLP, Bukhta LLP.KZ", JSC NIT) the principle of operation of which is similar to "Wipon" - via" request/response " in the API service.
