More than 9 million Kazakhstanis have registered in the mobile citizens database

The Mobile Citizens Base (MBB) is a channel for providing public services to the population through mobile devices. You can register in the database of mobile citizens in the personal account of the e-government portal egov.kz or using the virtual assistant egov.kz. Currently, BMG has already registered 9.4 million experienced users who receive government services using mobile devices.

According to the chairman of the board of the state corporation "Government for Citizens" Asemgul Baltasheva, for continuous registration with the BMG during the coronavirus pandemic, 400 employees of the state corporation throughout Kazakhstan were retrained as videographers who provide consultations on video calls. “At present, Call-center 1414 employs 1,500 government specialists for citizens. 400 of them are video consultants who register citizens online in the mobile citizens database. During the quarantine period, since March, our workers have remotely registered more than 1.6 million Kazakhstanis at BMG, who can now independently receive electronic government services using mobile devices and the egov.kz portal, ”Baltasheva said.

Recall that registration in the database of mobile citizens allows Kazakhstanis to receive public services through the eGovMobile mobile application, the EgovKzBot2.0 telegram bot, to receive proactive services, including a range of services, SMS notifications about the readiness of documents, about the expiration of the EDS, etc. ... Also, citizens registered with BMG can use the service of obtaining certificates by third parties, i.e. they do not need to receive certificates on their own, they just need to confirm the receipt of an electronic certificate in their name.

By the way, you can check the availability of registration in the database of mobile citizens on the e-government portal egov.kz in the "Services" section.
