In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of article 19-1 of the Environmental code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2007, and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Uzunkol district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the attached rules of formation and accumulation of municipal waste on Uzunkolskiy area in accordance with Annex 1.
2. To approve the attached rates collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste at Uzunkolskiy area according to Annex 2.
3. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
