- Time spent waiting in the queue is excluded.
- Allows you to regulate the flow of service recipients, in conditions of increased risk of spread of coronavirus infection.
Online booking is available in the section " Electronic services "of the mobile app" e-Salyq mobile", as well as on the portal of the state revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, the portal of the state revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has implemented an online survey in the "Surveys" section to receive feedback from taxpayers and participants in foreign economic activity.
Goal: to Determine the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the work of state revenue agencies.
The survey will allow service recipients to assess the quality of work of state revenue agencies on the provision of public services, service to service recipients on property taxes, land tax, vehicle tax and other issues.
The results of the survey will be published on the Committee's portal.
