5. Confirm your account details;
6. Go to the second step and confirm the application by means of an EDS;
7. In the third step, fill in the information about your family members;
8. Upload scanned copies of documents confirming family income and receipts confirming household expenses;
9. Confirm your request.
Housing assistance is provided to low-income families in need of state support and citizens with disabilities.
Housing assistance - costs of maintaining privatized or rented housing from public housing stock, utilities and communication costs, rental payments for housing from public housing stock and the cost of a single-phase electricity meter.
The online service can be received by residents of the cities of Aktau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, cities of republican significance Almaty and Nur-Sultan. The service is also available in a number of regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
