The service centers for the population of Kostanay region have temporarily changed their working hours. According to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of the region No. 41 of 01.08.2020, the public service centers will receive citizens from 09.00 to 18.00. On Saturday, the public service centers will not work.
“All public service centers of Kostanay region will work from 09.00 to 18.00. But I would like to draw your attention to the work of public service centers in Kostanay, Rudny and Tobyl. Let me remind you that to visit the service centers of the population of these cities, you must book a queue in advance. At the same time, when booking a queue, the time is automatically issued both on the portal and in the bot a telegram from 9.00 to 19.30. Attention! Taking into account the new schedule for receiving services in the service departments of the population of Kostanay, it is necessary to book a line from 9.00 to 17.30 hours. Reservations for a later time will be considered invalid. Also, booking for Saturday will be considered invalid for the time being, ”explained Yaroslav Bogatyreva, PR manager of the branch of the NJSC“ GK “Government for Citizens” in Kostanay region.
There are several ways to book a queue: through a special service on the egov.kz e-government portal, by number 1414, as well as through the Telegram bot EgovKzBot2.0.
In order to comply with sanitary and epidemiological standards, visiting public service centers is possible with the obligatory presence of a medical mask. It is also necessary to maintain social distance.
