New rules for the admission of theoretical exams have been introduced in specialized public service centers. Now the organizational and technological support of the examination admission procedures is carried out by the State Corporation. Previously, outsourcing companies did this.
This innovation is due to the fact that the Government for Citizens often received complaints from customers about poor-quality service when providing public services in special centers. To exclude such incidents, the State Corporation decided to organize the testing process independently. So, not only the quality will increase, but also the safety during testing.
At the same time, we note that earlier testing on the theory was carried out according to the SDA 2.0 system. Since October 16, the State Corporation has switched to the new SDA 3.0 system. Thanks to it, the process of obtaining driver's licenses becomes transparent and honest.
It is important to take into account that when passing the theoretical exam, the possibility of audio and video recording of the testing process is realized. Biometric identification of the person is also carried out in accordance with the amendments to the Rules for taking exams for obtaining driver's licenses.
In addition, earlier the State Corporation introduced video surveillance in exam rooms. At the same time, everyone can watch the exam both in the waiting rooms and online. It should be noted that those clients who were caught using auxiliary equipment or cheat sheets lost the right of admission to the exam within 3 months.
