Now citizens who get a driver's license for the first time can apply for an exam at a specialized public service center and book a queue through the PSC application. The innovation will save time and significantly reduce the flow of visitors in the special zone.
In order to submit an application, the user must select "Video Service" in the PSC mobile application. The service will connect the service recipient with the operator of the special call to provide an initial consultation. Then you will be asked to pay the state fee for obtaining a driver's license or provide a previously paid check. After payment, it is necessary to provide a scanned version of the medical certificate form No. 073 /y, a certificate of completion of the driving school, corresponding to the requirements of the photo of the service recipient and his signature. By the way, you can attach the requested documents in a dialog box when communicating with a video consultant. It should be noted that after successfully submitting an application, a citizen will be asked to book a queue at a special center, choosing the day and time of the exam.
"Previously, candidates for drivers had to personally apply to the Special Center for registration of an application and payment of state duty before passing the exam. Now citizens can complete this step online without leaving home. So, by making an application via video call and booking a queue, the client can arrive at the Special Center at the appointed time for passing the exam. In the future, it is planned to launch the function of submitting applications through the e-government portal and information systems of second-tier banks," said Suyenish Abdildin, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Corporation.
By the way, you can also use the service through the eGov mobile application by selecting "Video Call" on the main page.
