So, since the beginning of the year, 14 persons have been convicted of committing corruption crimes, 9 of which are employees of the internal Affairs bodies.
According to the results of activities since the beginning of the year, 110 corruption crimes were registered. The most susceptible to corruption, according to experts, is the sphere of agriculture, construction, education and law enforcement.
In addition, according to Antikor employees, they currently have eight managers under control who are subject to resignation. Their subordinates have criminal cases and are being investigated.
"In December last year, the law introduced the responsibility of political and administrative civil servants for committing corruption crimes by subordinate employees" - said the first Deputy head of the anti-Corruption service Daniyar Smagulov - " immediate response Measures will be taken after the entry of court sentences against their subordinates into legal force, or the termination of the case on non-rehabilitating grounds."
The briefing noted that if 104 criminal cases were sent to the court last year, 58 have already been sent since the beginning of this year.
The anti-corruption service also recalled the activities of colcenter 1424, where every citizen can report corruption, for example, this year 11 people have already received remuneration for information that contributes to the disclosure of corruption offenses. The total amount of remuneration was about 1.8 million tenge.
